Andrew has over 25 years in the pipeline construction industry. Andrew grew up as a second-generation pipeliner and worked on his first pipeline in 1997. After completing that overseas assignment as a warehouseman on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia, he graduated from Colgate University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and moved to Houston. There, he ascended the industry value chain by working for suppliers, equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, and contractors.

Andrew joined 188bet中国 as Vice President of Business Development in 2023 where he oversees the Business Development and Marketing staff covering Major Projects, Integrity & Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering and EPC projects. He provides commercial strategy and business development management across the 188bet中国 family of companies.

Andrew is an officer for The Pipeliners Association of Houston (PAH) and has been an active member since 2001. Within the PAH he is currently the Treasurer, has served as the Chair of the Membership Committee, and has volunteered for more than twenty years at meetings and events.

Andrew is also active in the INGAA Foundation, where he serves on the Public Policy and Communications Committee and is a member of the Pipeliners Club of Tulsa, the Appalachian Pipeliners Association, and the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners club.
